Two young, passionate and talented Indonesian chefs had one mutual goal: Introduce the Indonesian cuisine on a global scale and receive recognition for it. By combining their knowledge, techniques and ideas the two chefs present a different way of approaching the Indonesian cuisine through a European Food Tour using the available ingredients of each country.

The chefs will travel between April 29th till May 26th from Indonesia to Barcelona, Prague, Bratislava, Brussels and finish in Rotterdam. They are determined to enhance their skills during this inspirational journey by working close with local top chefs. Together they will prepare each dish on a culinary level, but they will not change the traditional recipe. Each course will be carefully designed with an elegant, modern and exquisite twist keeping honour to the authenticity of the Indonesian cuisine.
